Holiday Accommodation - Ideal for up to 4 singles

Garden Road, in Piha, enjoys proximity to Piha Beach and Piha's Lilly Pond..  Garden Rd has its own 'track'  which leads to the beach. It is probably an 8 minute walk to the beach. This fully self contained holiday accommodation which is especially suited for up to 4 guests that aren't after all the 'mod cons' but rather a 'retro',  'Kiwiana' bach/crib.

This crib is set just back from Garden Road, separated by this gorgeous garden full on ponga logs, nikau, flax and other natives.

This kitchen has everything you 'really' need: good work space, under bench oven, old fashioned zip hot water, crockery and cutlery and shutter windows that open out to the front deck as does the door that you can see a hint of on the left.

There is only one bedroom and it has two sets of single bunks and one set of draws.  This bedroom is directly off the kitchen/dining area.  

The most modern part of the crib is the bathroom!   It is all 'baby corrugated iron' with new plumbing.

Heaps of sun on the deck area not the mention the views.

Minimum 2 night stay : 

• Per person:  $40 per night  - minimum nightly charge $120
• 20% deposit required for confirmation of  bookings.

1. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival to hold confirmed
2. Cancellations within 15 days of stay attract 100% cancellation fee
3. Cancellations outside 15 days but within 35 days attract 50% cancellation fee

• Linen and towels are not included in the nightly rates but are available for hire from us - $10 per bed
• Optional departure cleaning service is available on request
• Refundable $100 bond may be requested on arrival to cover any damage and/or cleaning costs.
• Smoking strictly outside
• No pets permitted at all.
