Situated at ground level - the owners are upstairs totally separate.  You have your own off street parking.

Rates: (minimum 3 night stay Dec - April)

• Single/Double NZ$240 per night  (weekly rate - 7th night free)

1. 20% deposit required for confirmation of bookings.
2. Full payment must be made 21 days out of reservation to hold confirmed
3. Cancellations within 15 days of stay attract 100% cancellation fee

• Smoking strictly outside
• No pets permitted at all.
• Check in any time after 2pm and check out by 11am. 
• One off street parking.
• Visitors strictly by prior arrangement with owner
