With windows and sliding doors from the entertainment area, dining room and master bedroom the views are truly magnificent of this icon beach and surrounding area of Waitakere.

Rates: minimum 4 night stay

Dec - Mar:

• Single/Double NZ$350 per night  for your first 4 nights - additional nights $150
• Extra adults: $50 per night - additional nights $20
• Extra child:  $10 per night < 10 years - additional nights $5

1. 20% deposit required for confirmation of bookings.
2. Full payment must be made 35 days out of reservation to hold confirmed
3. Cancellations within 21 days of stay attract 100% cancellation fee
4. Cancellations outside 21 days but within 35 days attract 50% cancellation fee

• Refundable $500 bond payable prior to arrival to cover any damage
• Smoking strictly outside
• No pets permitted at all.
